Shared Web Hosting: We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on our Shared Web Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 15 days of your subscription, you may request a refund. Refunds are only applicable to the hosting fees and do not include any additional services or add-ons.
VPS and Dedicated Servers: We do not offer refunds for VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Dedicated Servers after they have been activated. Once the service is activated, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure that you are fully committed to these services before activation.
Domain Registration: We do not offer refunds for domain registration services. Once a domain registration is processed, it cannot be reversed. Please double-check all domain registration details before completing your purchase.
Reseller Hosting: No refunds are offered on Reseller Hosting plans. Please consider your requirements carefully before purchasing a Reseller Hosting plan.
Monthly Plans: No refunds are offered on monthly subscription plans for any services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. In the event of any disputes, the jurisdiction area shall be District Mau.
